This is an antique Sterling Silver (92.5%) traditional-design, twisted bangle from South India studded with `kemp' (red) stones. Traditionally called a `Golusu' bangle it is made by twisting together solid silver wire with great skill and finesse. It is handcrafted using techniques used in ancient South Indian antique gold temple jewellery , the entire piece is crafted in pure silver and oxidised.It is an openable bangle with a screw and can fit almost all sizes. All other sizes can be made on request.
